Pleasure during Your Follicular Phase

In the follicular phase, your body is gearing up, both mentally and physically, for intimacy.

Planning Phase: Take this time to delve into your desires and try something new. It’s all about exploration and communication.

More Energy, More Desire: As estrogen and FSH rise, so does your energy and sexual desire. Embrace the heightened sensitivity and readiness for pleasure.

Have fun with it!

Pleasure During Your Ovulation Phase

As we all know - Ovulation is the sexiest time of the month!

It’s Biological: Ovulation, triggered by a surge of estrogen and luteinizing hormone, brings about an increased drive for sex. It’s all part of our evolutionary biology.

Live It Up: Embrace this phase of heightened libido and pleasure!

Be Safe: Make it a priority to consider safety and consent! This is the time of the month when you are most likely to get pregnant. If you need more information about birth control, reach out to your doctor or check out the OG’s, Planned Parenthood.

During ovulation, your body is primed for pleasure, with increased libido and heightened sensitivity.

Ovulation is a TRUE CyclePower!

Pleasure During Your Luteal Phase

Your luteal phase isn’t just about PMS and cramps—it can be a tender time perfect for deep connection and sensual exploration.

This phase, post-ovulation and pre-period, is when estrogen and progesterone are aligned, setting the stage for a different kind of intimacy.

Take it slow: As progesterone increases, it may take you some time to get going. Think foreplay. Communicate how you feel and what you need with your partner so you can enjoy longer, slower sessions without frustration.

Worry less: While not foolproof, your luteal phase presents a lower risk of pregnancy. Enjoy more freedom and explore your desires without the same concerns.

Remember, during this phase, your body might need a little extra TLC—think patience. And if your libido fluctuates, it’s completely normal! Honor your body’s rhythms and embrace the journey.
